Charles is a total oddball - and we absolutely love him for it. Handsome, loving, and delightfully strange, he's known for his intense stares, unexpected toe licking, and his habit of eating and drinking just about everything in sight. He's the perfect weird little companion with a big heart. Charles was sadly left behind in an apartment when COVID hit Vietnam, but now he's living his best, quirkiest life with us - and making everyone smile along the way.
