We have established our very own Cat Cafe in Hoi An, named after our first shelter cat Jack.
A frequent saying in animal rescue is, "you can't save them all." Unfortunately, that's true, but we work every day relentlessly to at least try to make the impossible possible and save as many animals as we can.
Beyond that, we are dedicated to making life better for animals across Vietnam in numerous ways.
Every week, we respond to calls about cats that are abandoned, injured, neglected, or abused — from both locals and visitors in Hội An. Rescue is often emotionally tough, but it's also deeply fulfilling. No matter how hard the road, we believe every life is worth saving - and we won't stop.
Our shelter is currently home to 105 rescued cats, and every single one matters. We provide them with nutritious food, proper healthcare, enrichment, and lots of love. Whether they stay long-term or move on to new homes, we make sure they're safe, healthy, and happy.
We carefully match our rescued cats with loving families, ensuring they go to safe and nurturing homes. We also advocate for adoption as a joyful and meaningful choice. Every successful match shows how powerful love and second chances can be.
We work with local communities to promote the benefits of spaying and neutering. Thanks to our partner FOUR PAWS international, we offer free sterilizations to help reduce the number of unwanted animals. This effort supports healthier pets, fewer strays, and a more compassionate pet culture across Hội An.
Change starts with understanding. Through outreach campaigns we educate people of all ages about cat and dog welfare, responsible pet ownership, and the importance of compassion. By raising awareness, we're planting the seeds for a kinder future for all animals.
To manage the stray cat population humanely, we regularly carry out TNR work. We trap stray cats, sterilize them, and release them back into their familiar territory — helping stabilize local populations and improve the lives of street cats.
The "Cats Matter Too" programme, initiated in 2020, is the first of its kind in Vietnam to specifically focus on promoting feline welfare and addressing the cat meat trade. Its objective is to support pet owners and protect cats from unscrupulous thieves.
We have rescued so many beautiful cats & kittens over the past 13 years. We treasure our time with each of these animals and do everything we can to provide them with a quality of life through proper healthcare, food and of course plenty of love.
